Therapy with me is about discovering who you want to be and what steps you need to take in order to get there.
Has your child or teen lost their spark?
Have they given up on everything that isn’t sleeping, eating or scrolling Tik Tok?
Are you worried about their ability to make real friends or connect with others in a meaningful way?
Does it feel like every day is a battle at home, in school and everywhere else?
It doesn’t have to be this way.
In our work together, I promise to create a safe space for you to talk about what is going on without shame or judgement. We will start where you are right now and go at your pace. This isn’t about quick fixes but creating the building blocks for life-long change.
You will leave therapy a more authentic and empowered version of yourself. You will be ready to tackle any challenge life throws your way because you will have the tools you need to succeed.
I specialize in helping hopeless teens to start feeling stable, in control and confident.
What if…
You had real friends you could be yourself with.
You knew your goals and had the confidence to accomplish them.
Change is possible. I can help.
You managed your emotions so you regained control of your choices.
