Frequently asked questions about burnout therapy

FAQs

  • Our sessions are a lot like having a conversation. You can talk about whatever is going on in your life at that time. I may suggest exercises or homework, depending on your situation, preferences and needs.

  • Every person is different, but the idea is to be in therapy until you feel better. I typically start out seeing clients weekly, then progress to bi-weekly, monthly and then “as needed” based on that individual’s journey and progress.

  • While I can’t make any guarantees, I have seen my clients make a lot of progress towards their goals. The best way to see if you and I would be a good fit for your goals is to schedule a consultation so we can talk about it.

  • 1. Let’s start with a free 15 minute conversation where I will get some basic information and answer any questions you may have.

    2. If you feel good about working with me, then I will send you my intake paperwork for you to complete.

    3. Once you have completed the documents, we will schedule our first appointment.
