Finding Your Foundation

Do you feel like high school has gotten off to a rough start? Are you struggling to find yourself in the change? Is it easier to shut down rather than risk making a mistake?

Finding your Foundation is a six week group for teenage girls aged 13-15 who want to work on building a strong foundation for high school and beyond. It will cover topics such as making friends, dealing with stress and feeling prepared for challenges.

Coping in Chaos

Does high school feel like too much? Are you struggling under the pressure of friends, school and figuring out what you want to do next? Do you feel empty and lost with no direction or idea about what you want?

Coping in Chaos is a six week group for teen girls aged 16-18 who want to create an identity they love for a future they can look forward to. It will cover topics such as navigating change, building independence and discovering yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are you a teen who is struggling to find yourself in a world full of negativity and chaos? Both groups are designed to give teens the skills they need to manage life and grow into the adults they want to be.

    If that sounds like you, then talk with your parent about scheduling a discovery call.

  • Finding Your Foundation (ages 13-15) will be on Mondays from 4-5pm.

    Calming the Chaos (ages 16-18) will be on Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:30pm.

  • In order to get the most out of our short time together, attendance at all sessions is highly encouraged. That being said, we know that stuff happens and it’s okay if you need to skip a week.

  • All of our teen groups are held in person at our office in Metairie.
