Insurance

For your convenience, our practice has been credentialed to accept several commercial insurance plans. For more specific information on which provider accepts which plans, please reach out to the provider directly.

If you would like to use your medical insurance to cover the cost of therapy sessions, you will need to provide your insurance information and sign a release authorizing us to contact them.

If you are unsure about your coverage, it is your responsibility to call your insurance company to obtain this information.

Most health insurance companies require you to authorize us to provide them with a clinical diagnosis for benefits to pay for services. The may also request additional clinical information such as treatment plans, summaries or copies of the entire record (in rare cases). Although insurance companies claim to keep this information confidential, I have no control over what they do once they have receive the requested information.

You always have the right to pay for services yourself to avoid the potential problems described above.
